15 days returns and replacement policy
We offer you the option to return or replace apparels purchased within 15 days of receipt. In case of return we will credit the amount you paid into your bank account. If you choose replacement for the reasons such as mismatch of size, defective piece you will be replaced at free of cost. This would be subject to availability of the item. However the return policy does not apply to customised orders.
- All items to be returned/replaced must be sent unused and in there original condition with brand tag and packaging intact. Tampering strictly not acceptable.
- This return policy is not applicable to customised items as these apparels are stitched for your measurements only.

- Refund/replacement of items is subject to inspection and checking from our quality team.
- You can return part of your order if you have ordered more than one item. Any complimentary gifts came with the same item should also be returned.
- Once the item is received it goes for quality check, if approved for return the process would initiate and the refund of the payment is depend on the mode of payment you selected. If you are charged for shipping for your order, the same amount will be added to your refund. The entire process would take 15 days from the approval of refund.

Incase we do not receive the product within 15 days of registering complaint the return/replacement request will be cancelled.
- The replacement policy is eligible if you have got the wrong order, there is manufacturing defect, damage during transit, not received desired size.
- Most of our items are replaceable except customise orders.
- Any other items can be purchased in replacement. The final amount of the items should match with the returned items price.
- There will be no additional charge for replacement.
- You can buy multiple products as replacement amounting same as the price of returned item.
- If you wish to cancel the replacement kindly get in touch with customer care as soon as possible. The replacement can be cancelled as long as the items are in warehouse. Refund will take place as per our refund policy.
